No. The "kids up from Germantown" (Fox Chapel ES and James Daly ES) have been zoned for Clarksburg HS since Clarksburg HS opened in 2006. Also there were daily fights and kids bringing guns to school before the boundary change in 2020. And students roaming hallways and not attending class is a MCPS-wide problem since covid. And it's quite an assumption on your part that the misbehaving students are (1) from Germantown (2) from families that receive housing vouchers in Germantown.[/quote]
