If she’s so great why isn’t she starting? She has not been effective for the team in months. She is timid, misses balls, passes back, does not help move play forward. She is not playing like an Olympic/ World Cup player and I hope this is her last call up to the USWNT unless  her play dramatically improves. And that’s my opinion on her play, regardless of the other controversy [/quote]

Young player developing....  She will be amazing when she is 25.  obviously you haven't watched her play for PSG.  Rose didn't even make her US debut until she was 22.  It's not easy determining which players will develop into great ones and when it's time to pull the plug.  That's why the last US coach got fired...stuck with the old washed up players too long.  New players need time to get experience and develop.
