The Stone Ridge swim coach is also a coach at Kenwood and a long-time member. Unless one of the students goes after the coach for the $400 + lost wages and names Kenwood, too. Not a hard case since she already admitted she did it. Then Kenwood would probably settle to make it go away. Schools won’t do anything either. So no consequences. And they get to keep the 10 grand.
