+1 take heed. This isn’t an overstatement!

I bought it when it first came out, fairly early in the pandemic, and I was so shocked by how bad the product was that I contacted customer service on the first day to initiate a return. They told me I didn’t have to send it back and then they just refunded me. I wonder if they’ve had to change their return policy in light of how many people hate the MB. I also wonder how marked up their other products are in order to compensate for the all the people that return the MB.

I was disappointed. I loved BBC and it was the first real makeup I ever used.  [/quote]
