However, the AO in our case was a younger woman with very red lipstick who didn't seem to understand the difference between EA and ED, which is problematic for an AO. She also did something really odd where she would say she will wait 5 seconds for any questions (like to a Kindergarten class) and did a countdown with her five finger up - that was funny the first time but she did it a few more time after that.[/quote]
