Great work OP! My best tip is to throw out all the chocolate and get the low carb or zero sugar versions. Yes they are super processed, but some of those atkins bars and chocolate shakes are DELICIOUS and if it helps you break an addiction it’s worth it. The best ones I’ve tried are: Peanut butter cups Caramel nut clusters Coconut dark chocolate bars (like a mounds)
Thanks! These chocolate ate by Atkins? I love Mounds!
DP. I started with the no sugar chocolates by Russel Stover. I like caramel; so I get the bag with the assorted caramels. After a short while, I came to prefer the dark chocolate one. But when those are gone, the milk chocolate ones suffice - though I tend to eat two of those instead of just one. They also have "peppermint patties" and coconut ones and peanut butter cup.
