Yeah it's a new construction. If you look at the listing pictures from 2022 the house looks very very different (it was a teardown listing).

Also, not sure about this of course, but it seems like they may have spent around 1.2m on the construction of that awful ugly places (homes.com is amazing for not only seeing old listings, but also mortgage info). [/quote]
