The teardowns in Dallas, unlike in the DMV, are actually replaced by something very nice. They know how to build houses in Dallas.

I am the pp who asked that.  Anyone can be an ass but when you say ' Karen' you immediately think of a middle age or older ( sexist) white eomab( racist)  i have even heard people say ' male Karens'
