You should start before the permanent creases are formed in the skin. Botox relaxes the muscle but it will do nothing for the etches that are left once a permanent wrinkle is formed. Early and judicious use of botox will lessen your need for it later and will prohibit the formation of deep creases that will only getter better by use of lasers.[/quote]
