Do you reach out to the current coach of your kid’s year (who won’t be that team’s coach next season) or the expected coach for next season (who is coaching older players this season and may not even be the coach next season)? What if the expected coach for the following season has a very different approach to the game and might look for different things in his players?[/quote]
