We got engaged in April after being together a little less than a year. Given other family members’ schedules, it was very hard to find a date within the next 18 months that worked for everyone. We found a venue we liked and they had an open date in September that somehow worked for all the relatives. We took it. So it was around a year and a half from meeting to wedding.
