[/quote] Yeah fine, this is the food safety standard. Absolutely you should adhere to this if you are selling the food or serving it to anyone very old or pregnant. But they don’t test cake, this is just the rule for all refrigerated foods. Mixed will all the sugar, the actual risk to the op is very very low. [/quote]
