School boundaries are designed to accommodate the inbounds student population, period. So what happens when the family that rents your property also claims in-bounds preference at the school? Or when you "rent" a room from another family in order to claim in-bounds preference? Cheating is cheating. I am sure this is partially why Janney and other WotP schools are so grossly overcrowded.[/quote]
