You could physically pick them up and bring them if they are small enough and there's a parent who is big enough, I guess, but if a kid doesn't want to go to school and CFSA isn't moving them to a group home or something, the parents are stuck. Not saying there are good parents here--I have no idea--but throughout DC there are kids who won't go to school even though their parents would desperately like them to do so, and there are no services for those families.[/quote]
