It’s not that hard to get rid of them if you don’t like them. It’s not like they’re structural. Ditto the tile, if you don’t like it have it changed before you move in. Both of those are a bit of a PITA but not likely to end up a months long project or a money pit. Like the worst case is you find water damage and have to replace some subfloor. Those floors aren’t that old, there’s no mortar bed or anything crazy. I mean obviously don’t move into this house because it’s fug, but don’t not move in because of the columns or tile. [/quote]
