I think you go to HR and then back off. Ideally, HR would have a separate process to handle complaints about her now that you have been accused of bias. You should stick to the nuts and bolts of the job.

And while I think your self-perception that you are not biased is most likely correct you should probably take a beat and reflect on it. I know a lot of people will bristle at that and I get it. Jut my two cents. [/quote]
