It's hypocritical.[/quote] I’m not in this fight because I don’t know the principal at all but as a teacher surely you know that principals are often required at district meetings right? My principal has a meeting for all high school principals at least once a month and there are many other things happening at school that mean he is often in a meeting at the beginning of the day but in the building later. It’s not malfeasance , their job does in some ways take place outside of the front office. [/quote]
