I believed, until I ran the numbers.  Overcrowding is BS.  [b]RM, QO, NW and Gaithersburg could just shift boundaries to less crowded schools.[/b]  But that would mean, for example, assigning kids to Watkins Mill.

I'm now in the camp that says the only reason why Crown is being built is to (a) keep the land rights and (b) provide the Central Office staff who live in CG and work at Hungerford with COSA options.[/quote]

Go read the numbers on CIP of each clusters yourself.  It’s not that hard. Who are you, so entitled that he/she has to show you the work? [/quote]
