My son is a type I diabetic so we see how various food impact his blood sugar and how difficult it is to control blood sugar. Worst foods? Rice Mexican food (combo of high fat / high carb) Pizza That's why there is a huge issues with type 2 diabetes in India, Asians in general (skinny type 2s) and south America. [/quote]
