Fire her and know they are going to have to pay out.[/quote] Usually these sorts of affairs involve violations of company policies by both parties specifically things like misuse of company resources or work time to conduct the affair. Subordinates are also typically required to report inappropriate behavior by a supervisor to h.r. or a sexual harassment team. Absolutely no reason someone working at a law firm "has to" fuhhk a partner unless they want to of course.[/quote]
