I having been doing a Peloton core class almost everyday for the past two months. At first I only did 10 minute intermediate classes, now I usually do at least 15 mins, sometimes 20 minutes and sometimes advanced level. The exercises are so much easier for me and I can feel that my a muscles are strong. If I didn’t have a big old layer of fat over them, I might just have a six pack. I’ve also lost 20 pounds since January on Wegovy. I know they say you can’t spot lose but I really feel that the core focus has really helped my clothes fitting so much better, especially tops. Shopping is now a joy and not a fraught endeavor.
That's great, congrats! I've been thinking about doing a Peloton core program in the mornings. Hard to break my usual habits though, since I work from home.
Start small. Just do a 5 min class and work your way up. You can do anything for 5 minutes.
NP but there are some good 10 minute standing ab classes. Something about not even having to get on the floor makes it easier for me to talk myself into starting a class, and then I feel better having done it.
