Thanks to Kevin Bacon — I tried making flourless banana waffles. I love them. They make a great quick meal and the potassium is a plus. ( One mashed banana, one beaten egg, a dollop of peanut butter or almond butter, a pinch of baking powder plus cinnamon, vanilla, a sprinkle of chocolate chips — makes two waffles). [/quote]
