You're insane. If someone had tripped and fallen on their way to get lemonade,[b] OP would be liable. You did the right thing, OP. [/b]It's insane that someone would be so entitled as to think they could just leave their child there to sell lemonade by themself.

OP would not be liable for anything BECAUSE IT IS NOT HER PROPERTY.

And even if she was, in the EXTREMELY UNLIKELY event that somebody got injured, she would also almost certainly not be liable.
