You're insane. If someone had tripped and fallen on their way to get lemonade, OP would be liable. You did the right thing, OP. It's insane that someone would be so entitled as to think they could just leave their child there to sell lemonade by themself.
And yes, 10 year olds do need to be supervised on a busy street corner interacting with strangers. You are INSANE.

I don’t think it’s a noise issue. I think it’s an annoyance issue and she still right. It’s not OK for people to just set up on your property. The minimum they could’ve done is ask for permission first.
