I am the person who first recommended it. I pat it on gently w/ my finger and build coverage as needed.  I know some people use a brush, but I am a huge fan of finger bc your finger spreads it evenly and warms the product.  Kosas is a nice brand - products are clean and reasonably priced.[/quote]
