I only have the "Insider" status, but spend $220 yesterday and received the additional $50 off, so $70 off $220, which is more than 30% off. That is a very, very good deal and even better than Rouge. Of course, if you have Rouge and the $50, that's a tremendous savings.

Sounds like I need to try the concealer as well!

Oh wow, I would take it back to Sephora. That seems like the cap is broken. The one I have has a solid top. So much that it takes some effort to get it off.

How do you put it on/rub it in?

I am the person who first recommended it. I pat it on gently w/ my finger and build coverage as needed. I know some people use a brush, but I am a huge fan of finger bc your finger spreads it evenly and warms the product. Kosas is a nice brand - products are clean and reasonably priced.
