My uncle owns a local restaurant. He was telling us how each time he places an order, the food prices are higher and higher. He's eliminated some dishes from his menu because there's no profit margin without raising the price of the dish. He tried that and so few people ordered it that they had a lot of waste. Also, the owner of the shopping complex where his restaurant is located gave notice to him that the rent will raise $3k over the next 2 years. [/quote]
