I'm 5'4", 118lbs, and my mother and husband notice when I lose 5 lbs. I don't notice when I look at myself in the mirror, but my clothes don't fit as well. I actually do not know how women slimmer than me find clothes. I bought an XS skirt at Anthro and like most things I buy in that quality range, had to take it in. My oldest pair of pants is from 20 years ago, and it's marked size 4. Yet back then, I was probably 110lbs at most. And now, I buy size 0-2. Do others shop in the teen section???
I’m your weight, four inches taller, and don’t have trouble finding clothes in the adults section.
I’m 5’8” and 120lbs. I notice when I go up or down 5lbs, and I am glad I do. It is much easier to regulate eating when you are up 5lbs to get back to where you want to be, then when you are up 20 (I assume, I have never been that much bigger). I notice the waist in clothing fits tighter. Then I skip drinks for a few days and go light on lunch, and zip back to where I need to be.
That’s an 18 BMI. I’m the same height and my doctor is telling me to not go below 22.
