Yes. I have a short torso and tend to gain in my midsection so 5 lbs is definitely noticeable to me without clothes on.

I actually do not know how women slimmer than me find clothes. I bought an XS skirt at Anthro and like most things I buy in that quality range, had to take it in. My oldest pair of pants is from 20 years ago, and it's marked size 4. Yet back then, I was probably 110lbs at most. And now, I buy size 0-2. Do others shop in the teen section???

I’m your weight, four inches taller, and don’t have trouble finding clothes in the adults section.

I’m 5’8” and 120lbs. I notice when I go up or down 5lbs, and I am glad I do. It is much easier to regulate eating when you are up 5lbs to get back to where you want to be, then when you are up 20 (I assume, I have never been that much bigger).

I notice the waist in clothing fits tighter. Then I skip drinks for a few days and go light on lunch, and zip back to where I need to be.

That’s an 18 BMI. I’m the same height and my doctor is telling me to not go below 22.

Funny. I’m probably an inch taller. I have been north of 117 for a long time but when I was that weight, I was thin. I had abs.

NP but it really depends on frame and muscle mass and where you carry body fat. I am 5’1” and 117 looks “average” size on me, but to look thin I need to be a few pounds lighter. I have lifted weights for many years and muscle definition is clear in arms and legs even at a higher weight but for abs I need to be around 110.

I’m 5’7 and am down to 151 from 170 and it starting being noticeable around 10 pounds. Goal is to get down to at least 140, 135 although that may not be realistic.
