[/quote] They are gambling that the people who initially signed up to use the basketball courts amenity will grumble but keep their membership for working out, but that lots more people will join specifically for the pickleball. The Fairfax basketball courts are always busy when I workout at night there. Its not like these are empty courts just sitting unused. [/quote]
