[/quote] To this posters credit I am in good but not spectacular shape (ran a 10k in 1:04:38 last month, 38 YO woman, BMI 28). I thought I was in the 3 minute range but just actually got on the floor and crossed the two line but was struggling at the end. I am amazed by the 5-10 minute people, are you on your knees by any chance? I do a TON of core and cardio and planks and was disappointed in myself![/quote]
