Did you not know how big you were before the scan?
At 4’11 and 123 she definitely looks pudgy but not obese. I’m 5’1 and when I weighed 120 in college it looked terrible. Op should probably get down to 105-110. Which sounds low but again she is 4’11.
I bet you anything that you have an eating disorder. 120 on a person who is 5.1 is most certainly not terrible.
I think PP is saying she was too thin at 120. I'm not that poster, but I'm also 5 foot 1 and do indeed look terrible at the medium end of "healthy" for my height. I have a big bust and hips at any weight, which means "thin" looks gaunt on me. It's fine. It just means that when I do need to set a weight loss goal, it is at the higher end of "healthy" rather than the lower end of "healthy."
No. I said I looked bad at 120 at 5’1 because when I was my body composition was probably similar to OP: little muscle and just softness. There is nowhere in a body size like hers for fat to hide. I have said over and over that it’s her health that is most important and negatively affected by this much body fat especially being carried in her abdomen, but I can tell you she looks heavier than you’d assume a person of 120 to be as well because of her height and body comp.
