At 4’11 and 123 she definitely looks pudgy but not obese. I’m 5’1 and when I weighed 120 in college it looked terrible. Op should probably get down to 105-110. Which sounds low but again she is 4’11.
I bet you anything that you have an eating disorder. 120 on a person who is 5.1 is most certainly not terrible.
I think PP is saying she was too thin at 120. I'm not that poster, but I'm also 5 foot 1 and do indeed look terrible at the medium end of "healthy" for my height. I have a big bust and hips at any weight, which means "thin" looks gaunt on me. It's fine. It just means that when I do need to set a weight loss goal, it is at the higher end of "healthy" rather than the lower end of "healthy."

OP you need to lift a lot heavier. I lift 200lb deadlifts and do 130lb squats. The cardio is ok as it is good for your heart but will not build muscle very easily.
That's pretty awesome, especially if you have a sedentary job.
I'm NOT OP but also had a DEXA scan. Curious if anyone could give a layman's definition between trunk, android, and gynoid.
