[/quote] It is if that person is 48% body fat, which is probably what I was back then too because I was eating like garbage and had no muscle because I didn’t work out. What is most important is OP’s fat percentage being that high and concentrated in her belly is very poor for her health but I promise you that weight without muscle also looks too heavy at her height, which is probably why she got the DEXA scan to begin with. People who aren’t this petite do not get it. [/quote]
