It is primarily the former MC Elite 2030 team with a few new girls who joined this summer. Both Nova and MoCo girls[/quote]

Coaches. There are typically 3-4 at practice. Mostly former W&M Div 1 players. One is former YJ from Long Island and W&M lax alum. Head coach is former high school UA all American from W&M where she was the captain, former goalie from W&M, and the guy played club at UVA, I believe.[/quote]
