The name is not the problem. The most offensive thing about that airport is the mobile lounge / people mover things that they still use, and are about to spend millions of dollars renovating instead of building an underground railway. I literally hate the place because of those things. I don’t hate any other airport, I don’t hate a train or bus station or any other entity. But Dulles sucks so bad- It’s like we have a 3rd world airport in our nations capital, and as soon as DCA or BWI have international flights, I’ll never have to fly out of Dulles again .[/quote]

DCA should be shut down now that IAD is connected to the metro. There's no reason to have an airport in the middle of the DC metro region that can't handle the bigger planes. DCA only exists for Congressmen to catch flights to their home state.[/quote]
