DP. I mean, OP shouldn't have exceeded the speed limit in the first place. In Maryland, you only get a citation if you were going 12 mph or more over the speed limit. That's speeding by a lot, which is dangerous. Not driving dangerously is part of being a decent human being, in my opinion.

Someone said this earlier but it got lost. The ticket is void. Law says you need to be going 12 over to get a speed camera ticket. Call them up and get it canceled. Have no clue why there are so many posts about what to do when the solution is so obvious. You'd been issued a ticket for a violation that doesn't exist.[/quote]
