I’m 50 and I also agree.  I don’t think OP has come back to provide us with an actual example rather than all this corporate-speak chatGPT gobbledygook from the first post.  I would guess the younger workers are sucking up to them but inwardly rolling their eyes and the older workers are thinking “I’m too old for this sh-t.”[/quote]
