All the sex education, free condoms and Planned Parenthood in the world can’t combat what they view as a normal rite of passage. That said, pregnancy rates have gone way down for teen girls. It is wonderful that most are finishing high school , college and can envision a life where motherhood is postponed until they are emotionally/financially more capable.[/quote]
