The other family might consider it if they really want OP. When I was a kid I had a long-time amazing nanny and after she had her own kids my parents let her bring them to our house for a while. It definitely meant she did less stuff around the house but it was mostly fine and we loved playing with her babies (in this case, my sister and I were older than her kids).[/quote]
