Kathy Smith was the Sully School Board Rep before she became Supervisor. Generally, the SB rep from the district has the power to decide what happens in their own district. Then, the remainder of the SB goes along with it. That way, the other SB members will get the "say" in their districts. 'I scratch your back, you scratch mine."[/quote]
