Letting everyone know you're still virile, while being rich enough to not get up at night or be disturbed by baby care because nurses will do that, far away from your room. Most elderly men don't do that because they can barely afford to retire. Correcting for wealth, you'll find lots of older men with children. Kids at that age are a status symbol.
