And you're blaming that on her? Ever heard of this process called "casting" and the concept of "typecasting"? She made her name initially as a girl putting on a fake "creepy" vibe and eye-rolling at everything sincere. So she gets cast with that type of role again. Wouldn't be surprised if she would love to be cast way against type, but even semi-well-known working actors like her do have to actually find, get and keep roles, even ones they might feel are "the same character over and over" sometimes. She was in a lesbian Christmas movie a couple of years ago - starring Kristen Stewart - where she played a very different character.

I think her White Lotus character was pretty different, too. Some shades of April Ludgate but def not the exact same character.
