MSN reports that she wanted to take the one car they share to run errands, stating “I’ll be back when I’m back” after he requested a time frame stating he wanted to go to the gym and visit his parents? That’s what preceded that little 30 second clip posted here. I’ll be back when I’m back? If a man said that to his wife, DCUM would EXPLODE and rightfully so. I would not dream of telling my spouse that and leaving him housebound for an indeterminate length of time.
I'm not surprised that someone came in and cherry picked part of the video in favor of Steven Crowder. Doesn't make it any less pathetic. He tells her she can't take the car - not that he needs the car at X time. It's a manipulation tactic. He tells her she should take an Uber. Why can't he take and Uber. He's literally sitting on the couch smoking, doing nothing, while talking about her "wifely duties." So, not a good try, and we're not falling for it. And why do they only have one car? That she then needs to ask for permission to use.
Because she says she’ll be back when she wants to be, which is passive-aggressive. Maybe one car is in the shop?
I know whenever my wife isn't sure how long something is going to take I threaten to F her up.
That’s not what she said. She could have said “It will probably take about 2 hours” or “I’ll call you on my way home but figure 3 hours” He’s telling her he has things to do too, and she doesn’t acknowledge. Did Crowder F her up? Has he in the past? The fight sounded two way. My left wing husband rarely raises his voice, and then when I do, accuses me of abuse. It’s a tactic the marriage counselor pointed out to him.
Bro, no. He's clearly mistreating her. The fact that she didn't submit to his demands does not absolve him. You don't have to defend him. I'm a R, and I think he's awful. He has a long, long history of lying to make himself look better. Don't be a fool.
What happened before going on camera? I just came home with extra items for my husband, who’s been sick this week. Despite my nice gesture, I got silence, some sneering, etc. I finally said “It’s ok to just say thank you” He went silent (passive aggression). I’ve learned he wants me to raise my voice so he can then play the victim. I don’t play the game anymore. Marriage is a dynamic. I picked up on that dynamic when she wouldn’t define a time frame when he clearly stated he needed to use the car as well.
