I speak of fairness from the standpoint of an ex-educator, and someone who's undergone subjective examinations. In order for a grading system to be fair, ideally the grading system and graders should be standardized. One of the best ways to do this is to have a grading template, and the same judges for all students, evaluating projects anonymously, where possible.
