[/quote] +1. I'm a woman and soon to be mom of three. I also manage a team. I agree with the above. 6 months of paid leave is very generous and uncommon here in the US. I'm sympathetic as a mom myself but it seems like you need to decide soon if you actually want to go back or not. If I were the head of your team and you approached me with this I would be annoyed and I would wonder if you were serious about coming back. I don't think most employers would go for this. [/quote]
