There have been a lot of suggestions on this thread.  Ransom searches of personal belongings and rooms.  Drug testing.  Not allowing out unsupervised.

Personally, I like to let them keep the phone since it makes the punishment worse with them seeing what everyone else is doing and they aren’t there.  [/quote]
