[/quote] A few kids from our HS that didn't get into VT last year went to Mason and are applying to transfer to VT. One actually likes Mason a lot and is staying. I wouldn't do gap year and re-apply. Way to hard to get teacher recs etc. again. Legacy doesn't mean much to VT bc they are trying to get more 1st gen students. [/quote]
