She said they were pretty scared because they didn't know what was going on. She also told me that some kids don't seem to understand the words "keep quiet", as they were talking in not a quiet whisper. The teacher had to keep telling the kids to be quiet, but some of the kids just wouldn't listen. If this had been a situation where a shooter was walking the halls listening for people, that class would've been targeted. Please remind your kids to take lockdowns seriously and follow the teacher's instructions.[/quote]
