Nothing wrong with this per se, but OP please add some protein to it. Chicken breast should be a good option. In general, try to eat 3-4 regular meals a day and track your food. Fat loss is all about calories. Adding activity, walking and weightlifting ideally, could be helpful too. [/quote]
